UK Shipping and Returns Options:

Royal Mail

  • Tracked 48 delivery: £3.99 (2-3 working days)
  • Tracked 24 delivery: £5.99 (1-2 working days)
  • Special Delivery: £7.99 (Guaranteed Next Working Day by 1pm – you must order and complete payment by 3pm)
  • Saturday Delivery £12.99 (Saturday by 1pm – you must order and complete payment by 3pm)

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that Royal Mail attempted delivery, please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.

Europe/International Shipping and Returns Options
  • Airmail, Tracked & Signed Delivery: £11.99 (3-7 working days)
  • Express TNT Courier Delivery: £29.99 (1-2 working days)

If your order is

  • Lost in the post: We will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost.
  • Damaged: We will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.
  • Returned (due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own, subject to discretion): We charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee.

Please ensure that you give us the correct postal information. Above all, that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.

All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within the stated times, please contact us. We will investigate and where appropriate resend your order.

Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. For instance, we are not able to guarantee levels and timescales of delivery service. However, we make our best efforts to dispatch orders quickly.

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times, we will contact you immediately.
You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

Shipping and Returns Policy
  • You may return the goods within 30 days of receipt after dispatch is ready.
  • Goods must be unopen with seals intact.
  • Returning used or open products are not accepted due to potential denaturing.
  • Please contact us via email quoting your order number to cancel or return goods.

The product life’s ‘best before’ date is on product packaging. In addition, we guarantee a minimum of 6 months shelf life (from when the product dispatch is ready).
